This was amazing! I was confused if the sweet and tangy chunks of "meat" was
made from mushrooms or mock meat. I cannot tell them apart to be honest. It has a slightly crunchy exterior and so chewy inside. Love the sauce as well. #veganisnotscary

Oh my god this was the star of the night! It was fried to crispy
perfection and the seitan (?) tasted so much like meat it was unbelievable?!! Not to mention the sweet & sour sauce was yums to the max. 🤯🤯🤯 Whole Earth never disappoints!
The mock meat was super tender and worked well with the olive rice. I didn’t
feel this was my favourite (the one from Eight Treasures) is definitely better, but I wouldn’t kick it out of bed!
