Smoocht Classic Lasagna

The Smoocht Classic Lasagna ($18.50) consisted of lip-smackingly yummy layers of pasta and diced eggplant,

with a meaty tofu crumble and tomato ragu sauce. Really relished this meal! The sides we chose, marinated broccoli and garden salad, were healthy yet tasty.

Much better than delivery! But strangely, there is less sauce here than in the delivery.

Pity... I think the dish would look (and taste) more awesome if there were more veggies! I really enjoy the lasagne texture. Layers of filling that is nice to chew on, and the flavour is kind of nutty, cheesy, tangy from the tomato sauce

Vegan lasagne is not easy to find but this dish did not disappoint! It comes

with 2 sides and it’s quite a huge portion.
