Wellington

first time trying any Wellington dish but this was pretty good!! #thevnm

The wellington had an overpowering rosemary taste and was too salty for my liking. When combined with the gravy, the rosemary was muted a little bit. The purée was too sour. The brussels and leeks were great, though! Very nicely charred.
