Pistachio Donut

OMG this is delicious + naughty + indulgent - and vegan! A treat with great coffee when you’re in Melbs. Perfect. #alv

First time trying their doughnut, the dough is fluffy and the filly is dense and very strong in pistachio flavour. Personally I would like the filling to be not as sticky but more whipped or custard like so that it would pair better, but the amount of filling was generous. This is rather sweet so make sure you make it a combo with your plant milk coffee ;)
