Fried spring rolls filled with fresh vegetables and mushrooms, plus very tasty glass noodle salad
with paprika strips, cucumber, coriander and peanuts as well as an Asian sweet-sour sauce. Just delicious 😋. The spring rolls are just a little too greasy for me. I think they would taste even better with rice paper.🤷🏼♀️
