Wednesday Vegan Special

This chocolate peanut butter cream pie was for their wednesday night special was soo good. Couldn’t take a picture before we had already starting eating it 😂

This was a special for their vegan night, called the baked potato burrito. I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor, it was a little sweet and not very savory. But nonetheless, appreciate the vegan option.

Gatsby’s vegan right sesame crusted tofu! So so good. They also have a seperate vegan menu if you ask for it!

I always get the vegan buffalo unchicken wrap and it is amazing. They also have vegan night on Wednesdays where the chef prepares a vegan dish that isn’t on the regular menu.

Every Wednesday, Chef Todd at Gatsby’s comes up with an amazing special. They never disappoint. Gatsby’s also has a daily vegan menu, sometimes you have to ask for it.
