WVC Platter

This was a joy to eat. I enjoyed the variety of the dish and how

it still all came together. I found myself making my own open little burger with the biscuits, “chicken” patty, and wonderfully season kale. Of course I am also a big fan of Mac n cheese and theirs did not disappoint. Plus, I was so in love with the use of bamboo I believe as the bone for the wings.

The texture of everything was good. The biscuits were so soft and the chick’n even

left over was really tasty. Mac was good too.
