Autumn vegetable bowl

I didn’t expect to find this great vegan bowl and a few other good vegan options on this brewery menu, but gosh was I happy I did! This dish had a spicy poblano sauce that was fire (in a good way). It was very filling with the farro, and went well with the hazy IPA and the cider.
