Everything was fresh and delicious. It’s had a 3 bean salad, potato, mushroom and asparagus
dish, pear and pecan salad. Babaganoush, hummus, vegan cheese, bread, herbed butter and a chocolate peanut butter tart.

We were wowed by the vegan picnic at Warwick! 3 yummy salads, warm delicious bread,
vegan butter and cheese, 2 dips and a tasty peanut butter tart. Such a lovely day out!
Our second Christmas Eve (afternoon) spent at Warwick and, once again, very happy with the
spread and the setting 🧺 🌳
I’ve attached a pic of the menu... a lovely mix of fresh and interesting dishes. Unfortunately we did not receive peanut butter tarts for dessert, however the strawberry ice lollies we received instead were delicious.
The only downside was the service: generally very slow and absent/not attentive. As an example, they brought us Gorgonzola cheese in one of the salads, and by the time we had flagged down our waitron to tell her, we had almost finished the rest of our basket. She then mentioned that another vegan group had flagged the same thing... so why hadn’t she come to check with us if all was ok with our salad? 🤨 in fact, the first time she asked if we had enjoyed our picnic was when we were paying our bill.
Service aside, we had a very enjoyable afternoon and a great start to our Christmas celebrations 🎅🎄✨

An amazing selection of vegan goodies, ranging from beans salads to homemade strawberry jams and,
my favorite part, peanut butter tarts for dessert! Also packed with loads of fresh bread and delicious spreads, you’ll leave the place STUFFED and happy!
The atmosphere at the farm is also so amazing, and perfect for a date! ☀️
We enjoyed a wonderful vegan picnic at Warwick wine estate in Stellenbosch. We spent a
few leisurely hours on the lawns enjoying thoughtful snacks. Portions were generous, our leftovers were lunch the next day.
I would definitely recommend the experience
We went to a work event at Warwick a few months ago and I was
blown away by the vegan basket! They had salads, Tofu and even some vegan cheese and bread to go with it! Such a unique experience!
Another must do in Cape Town - Warwick Wine Estate does a yummy vegan picnic
with a selection of salads, dips, spreads, so much bread and an incredible dessert.
This is SUCH a treat of a picnic. Each dish is so well thought out
and there is so much food (I even had to take some home). The service is amazing and it was so a pleasant afternoon.

Gorgeous food, a selection of spreads, fresh bread, salads, butternut bites and a lovely little

The most amazing picnic ever! They were very generous with the amount of food and
the food was delicious! Every aspect of food served was lovely- especially the peanut butter tarts! Highly recommend! :)
