A beautiful lunch. Note that it’s not immediately vegan, you can request they remove the cheese. It’s really tasty and quite filling. quinoa, roasted pumpkin, roasted chick peas, carrot hummus, and half an avocado. I love how well-cooked the pumpkin and quinoa were, and i especially love the crunch in the chickpeas. The avocado was creamy and beautiful too. Also, they also used a wattleseed dukkah, it’s exciting to see native plants used in food. The dressing is made from the Australian Blood Lime. Such a lovely dish! #salad #wattleseed #avocado #chickpeas #pumpkin I love the botanical theme of this cafe. They’re part of the lovely Kuranga nursery who specialise in Australian native plants. Paperbark cafe also incorporates Australian native plants into their food. The menu changes seasonally, with a couple vegan options this winter. Major allergens are listed. Printed menu in english. Accessible bathrooms. Step-free access. Indoor and outdoor seating. #plantnursery #gardenCentre #nativeplants #Australianplants #MtEvelyn #victoria
