The dish was wonderful and very delicious, minus the cheese from goats revision. The Apple
Maple dressing was also tasty. Unfortunately, there was nothing offered straight from the menu which was Vegan. Disappointing. The other option on the menu was a Black Bean Burger needing modifications. The salad and side of asparagus was perfectly appetizing, but I know they can do better and be better.
