Holy sh*t, this blew my mind. Firstly the tuna was incredible. Don't expect a like

for like tuna steak here, it's has the essence of a tuna steak but its own unique flavour which is amazing in its own right and the rest of the plate... everything tasted immense (especially the tofu guac!!) And all worked together perfectly. Amazing!!

I loved this dish so much!! Ahh, from the tofu/guacamole, to the marinated radishes, to

the greens 🍚 The dehydrated watermelon ‘tuna’ was really strange and interesting 🍉 but very good for £12.95

oh wow, this was extremely interesting and unique! The watermelon steak wasn’t fishy (so didn’t

really mimic tuna at all) but it was still surprisingly meaty and savoury. I was intrigued by the texture, which was very ‘fatty’, almost disturbingly so! It tasted lovely. There were so many flavours going on in the dish - the dressing on the kale and broccoli was out of this world 😋

“dehydrated watermelon steak, dressed + seared in the wok. served with miso sesame wok fried kale, tenderstem broccoli, avocado, edamame + tofu guacamole and pickled radish on sticky white rice”

The taste was amazing from the dish as a whole, just don't expect the 'tuna'

to taste like tuna! It's really good, completely original taste

Tuna is made from watermelon steak - pretty sweet but quite tasteless. The rest of

the dish is very tasty.

the "tuna" itself was a bit weird, veg was amazing, wouldnt get it again tho

It does not taste bad, the texture just didn’t do it for me as it

is really like fish and that put me off, but that’s a personal thing. Otherwise the dish was absolutely beautiful though a tad overpriced
