Yummy bowl with brown rice, seitan, shiitake mushrooms in a cherry hoisin sauce, edamame, kimchee,
cucumber, onion, various herbs… and a cute little vegan ‘egg’. Loved especially the shredded seitan which has an incredible flavour; the ‘egg’ is a nice decorative touch but not particularly tasty. Overall - flavourful and filling!
