- my ONLY criticism of this dish is that there were quite a few big chunks of ice - which you can see in the pic! Which I’m guessing is down to how it’s been stored?
Just the perfect balance of sweet and bitter for a chocolate ice cream. The orange
get blossom does not predominate and is like a hidden surprising taste at the end of your bite that stays in your lips. Creamy and the right softness.
