Spicy Vegan Short ‘rib’ Ramen

Just landed in UK and of COURSE the first meal I had was this soul-nourishing

ramen from the much raved about Wagamama! It was £12.25 for a regular bowl. Loved the ribs, and the spicyness of the broth was to my liking 🌶 Portion was just right with a great noodle to meat ratio 😋 #veganisnotscary

I can’t find this on the menu anymore! It was nice although I would say

I thought the broth was a little too smoky tasting for me. I prefer having the ribs as a starter as they’re really saucy and sticky - in the broth they’re not as sticky. But still yum! #ramen #ribs #japanese #asian

Auch a good ramen! Perfect on a gloomy weather to warm u up. The broth

is pretty flavorful and spicy just enough. Super recommended

I chose to have this dish without any garnish, it usually comes with some herbs

and vegetables too. Broth has a nice ginger taste, the short "ribs" are very meaty and tasty.

This is delicious. The ribs are a bit soggy and mushi though. You must like

softer textures to like this. In combination with the bok choi and ramen, I think this was an amazing dish.

This was delicious but my partner doesn’t rate it as highly as the Pho noodles

soups. There’s not as many herbs making it sing and healthier. But he loves the ribs.

Why is this so hard to eat?? I won't be ordering this again. I haven't

had ramen before so it's my own fault but I don't like how much broth there is. Found it so challenging to eat the ribs and pakchoi with just a spoon or chopsticks

This feels healthier than the vegan chicken one. Partner loved it.
