This is my very favourite waffles in the world. It is super crispy and light inside with a delightful taste of cinnamon. They sprinkle some matcha powder and cripsy genmaicha on the ice cream of your choice. I love having this with yuzu sorbet but really it goes well with all the different ice cream favour. Best to have it with their amazing cold brew tea which is delightfully sweet on the palate despite being sugar free.

Pretended we were at Japan for #vegan waffles at hvala with @lindajazzyjourney! The waffles were crispy and still can’t believe they’re #dairyfree. Choco sorbet was excellent and creamy, and not tooo sweet 😙 This outlet has a cute section where you have to sit on the floor, with cute minimalist decor! 👍🏻👍🏻 #veganisnotscary

Back after a 1 month hiatus~ Cant remember how much this was but WOAH waffles are so crispy? Really generous with the scoops and toppings. We had a yuzu sorbet and 2° matcha scoop, and i honestly preferred the yuzu scoop as the flavour was so fresh and POPPING while the matcha was a bit gelat.. :( thought the waffle batter could have been a bit more tasty but its still good overall; and even though it was soaked in melted ice cream after a while, it was still crispy so that was pretty impressive! Nicely done :) service is good too

I really love this! The waffles were really light and crispy! Not too sweet which is always good as we can enjoy the flavour more! We added 2 vegan ice cream, the matcha and hojicha! The ice cream were creamy and I’m a tea bias so I love both flavours!☺️
