This sandwich was absolutely delicious! The pesto was fresh and bright, and the vegan mozzarella

was the closest I’ve had to the real thing. I’ve only been vegan for about a year, so the memory of what dairy cheese tastes like is still pretty fresh in my head. Vtopia’s mozz blew my mind. I will definitely be coming back to try more items!
