I go to a catered event, I expect to get an offering of what everyone else got without the meat. Never vegan. Always vegetarian. So I was blown out of the water when I experienced an actual vegan meal that was totally different than everyone else’s. The mushroom was marinated and so flavorful. There was even a vegan dessert.
Besides the food, our contact was amazing. Jumped to the job, whatever it was. Took service to the next level. Thank you again for making the night so special!
