The traditional German Nussecke, but with whole cashew kernels instead of milled hazelnut. They give
this treat a somehow "lighter" nut flavour. The bottom is from whole grain, which really fits to the top layer.
Yet, I missed the dark chocolate that is on all other Nussecke variation in large amounts. 😅
