Hummus

The price is high unless you ask for the discount menu or the Groupon. However,

I picked a menu for 13 which included appetizer, pizza, dessert and a drink. Out of the appetizers I picked hummus, which was very well presented and included regular chickpea hummus and beetroot one(pink) along with a side of freshly cut vegetables. Also, it came with a bit of green pea sauce: very little but very tasty

I knew I'd love red-beetroot hummus but this one.. Pure magic! Also the classic version

with additional curry is so yummy!

Piatto tra gli antipasti molto caro per le quantità proposte. 10€. Da menu è scritto:

Hummus di zucca, barbabietola e crema di piselli. L’hummus di zucca è molto speziato con il curry, a mio avviso doveva essere segnalato, non sai mai le allergie o comunque il gusto. Crema di piselli praticamente inesistente.

Hummus of chickpeas and beets. Very dense and with an intense flavor

Sapore ottimo, presentazione più che bella capace di far crescere ulteriormente la voglia di mangiarlo!

Un po’ misero per il prezzo, però 😕

Buono. Forse troppo forte la parte acida e il cumino.
