Chargilled cauliflower florets on a bed of sambal basically. The sambal was on the sweeter

Wow! Smoky, spicy and so flavoursome, this dish packs a big punch. I love pretty
much anything made with cauliflower and this dish didn’t disappoint. Note that it’s quite spicy, so good to have some plain rice with it.
