Here is the only place in Hanoi I know that has a vegan version of this noodle soup. I really love the tofu patties, both the textture and flavour. "Dọc mùng" (the green veggie) is a local ingredient which always goes along with sour soup in Vietnam, so it might be interesting for foreigner to try.
