Highly recommend this #planted dish ! It is so flavorful and great loved the texture
of the vegan chicken! I can’t really taste the lemongrass to be honest but the sauce was really nice

The chicken was super yummy, but there wasn’t enough sauce. Also, the main veggie was
onions,  which I’m not a fan of, so I just got the bok choy. It’s a pretty small dish for what you pay for.  They didn’t have any other vegetables for substitution, which was a shame. Probably would get some thing else next time.
