Beef Pho

My partner ordered the Beef Pho, which I snuck a few spoonfuls of, of course! The broth was tasty, but I’ve had more depth of flavour before. The vegan beef slices were tender, but again I was hoping for a bit more flavour. Overall just not as satisfying as we were hoping for! Nonetheless it was still warming and comforting for a cold evening! #veganpho

Can’t rave about this place enough. I’ve really missed pho since going plant-based but this is the best vegan pho I’ve found in Vancouver. #thevnm
