This is the only vegan mains option on the menu at the Victoria and Albert

museum in London.
It's made with two smallish broccoli heads, lightly covered in harissa paste and roasted. It is served with yogurt (not dairy of course), chickpeas, onions and some roasted hazelnuts.
Overall this is a really nice dish, but it's not at all spicy as you think harissa should be.
The one thing I would change is the coriander leaves on top, their flavour really clashes with everything else (I normally like coriander).
The hazelnuts are delicious.
