First ever vegan madeleine! Was good and reminded me of the ones i had back

in the day. It was just more moist and not as fluffy

I was so excited to try a vegan Madeleine

whilst in Paris! This was good but not quite as rich as the other madelines I’ve had before. I would recommend the other pastries here above this.
