LOVE this dish. Before moving to Portland, it was hard to find good biscuits and

gravy. Look no further and come here. (EVERYTHING is plant based at vertical diner btw!)
You can order just biscuits and gravy OR order the “combo” that has potatoes, tofu scramble, and your choose of vegan meat.
