Veggin Out Burger with fries

Called ahead for pick-up order and was quoted 20-25 minutes. It took 50 minutes for order to be ready. Burger wasn't warm and was just ok. It is nice to have a vegan option and perhaps/hopefully this wasn't a typical experience.
