I had lunch in this plant base restaurant in Ghent, but they also have restaurants in Brussels and New York. The food was delicious. I ordered 2 starters and one main. 1st starter was a sushi (Nori, quinoa and rice, grated root vegetables, marinated tofu, wasabi, served with saffron aioli and ginger velvet dressing) , 2nd starter was an avocado salad ( Superseed avocado, sauerkraut, turmeric onions served with saffron aioli, and gluten-free crackers) and the main dish was a special of the day with potatoes and creamy mushroom. The place is beautiful and the dishes too. Definitely will come back.
