Veggie Roll (order with fresh veggies)

While not inherently vegan, the veggie roll can be made vegan by substituting fresh veggies in place of tempura veggies. The inari (which is sweet tofu skin) and sauce are vegan according to the waiter. Loved the green onions on top! Very tasty, I’d get it again.
