Veggie Pho

This vegetable pho comes with cauliflower, broccoli, onions, carrots, bean sprouts, tofu, and rice noodles. So delicious and nutritious! The broth is a little bland until you add hoisin sauce and siracha, and if you like extra heat it also comes with jalapeños you can add! Overall amazing #pho !!

So good. This is the best vegan comfort food. I love to add the red chili paste to make it even more spicy.

Nice pho w tofu. Good sized portion, maybe tittle too much tofu and could use more variety of veggie but this is my go to for pho in Aurora.
