Veggie lemongrass chicken soup with vermicelli thin rice noodles

Cafe soya have some amazing vegan options 😍 this was vermicelli noodles in a spicy lemongrass broth with mock chicken. I have had it on a few occasions and it is so good. The portion is also massive - I couldn’t finish this (which is unusual for me!)
