Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. I'm a sucker for sweet potato fries! I actually prefer them to be kind of soft and not too crispy, and I love the way VG prepares them. They used to add a really nice topping with nutritional yeast and herbs, but they no longer do that. I thought the fries were better with the topping but at least they are still served with their delicious chipotle ranch sauce!

LOVED THE SWEET POTATO FRIES!!!! I’ve tried the normal fries already (which were already top tier), but these just blew me out of the water. The slight sweetness of the fry pairs nicely with the salty Chipotle Aioli sauce - a delightful after-meal snack. Be sure to catch these while they’re still warm!!!
