Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. This was one of the coolest innovations in vegan cuisine that I’ve ever had the

pleasure of experiencing. I’ve often had #justegg before which is pretty good, but I never tried vegan fried eggs because I don’t think they were invented until recently. The experience of eating these eggs definitely reminded me of eggs from my nonvegan days, even from seven years ago. The egg white portion had a very nice texture and the yolk part was pretty realistic in the way it oozed. The taste of the yolk wasn’t quite what I remember from my nonvegan days, as it tasted a bit like tomato, but it was still delicious. And that’s only talking about the eggs! The rest of the dish complimented the eggs perfectly. The salsa and seasonings were bursting with flavor, especially #chilli and #lime which I love 🤤 I would definitely get this again and I hope #veggiegrill makes it a permanent part of their menu! And Yo! Egg absolutely needs to release their fried eggs in grocery stores!
