Wow. This hawker stall at #01-17 (previously Ci Wen) is so minimalist they have no name - the signboard shows just 素 ('su'), the Chinese term for vegetarian. Their economic-style breakfast menu is pretty minimalist too: just fried bee hoon, fried kway teow and a few point-and-choose dish selections of mostly mock meat like char siew. My pick was bee hoon, paired with vegetable curry and a vegetable fritter. Pretty divine.
Affordable heartland food! 3 stars for presentation because they can do better with reusuables!
