Vegetarian Bibimbap or Stone Bowl

Vegetarian Bibimbap or Stone Bowl. Assortment of vegetables, mountain roots & greens over rice. Although I didn’t see any “mountain roots” in the bowl, it was good. The flavor was a bit bland so I added hot sauce and it was much better. It’s cheaper as lunch special. I had it as stone bowl with brown rice. Which adds extra $.
