Vegetable Tartine

Veganator they actually call it - sun-dried tomatoes and zucchini blend perfectly to a succulent taste on a real nice piece of bread.

Never expected to ever enjoy eggplants, tomatoes or zucchini but Plentyfull managed to pull it off! The veggies are grilled to smokey perfection and the serving is really generous. One of my favourite veggie dishes so far 😊
