Vegetable Sushi and Seaweed

This vegetable sushi is extra large and creatively formed. Each piece lacks the flavor because it is more rice and less vegetables in a bite. The dark seaweed took me out of my comfort zone. Each piece had the odd tubular and flat structure that reminds me of tapeworms. It is thicker and flatter than the seaweed I am used to but still juicy. #highiodine
