This vegetable poke bowl was good, but they don't have tofu or any vegan protein options, except for edemame, which I added. They are really lacking on vegan options, and they only have one vegan sauce option. Also, be careful of the Hibachi, as it's labeled vegetarian, but she said the sauces contain fish ingredients. The Poke Bowl was an easy thing to order, but you have to make a few customizations to make it #vegan It comes with rice, cucumber, carrot, lettuce, avocado, fried onion, Yum Yum Sauce, sushi sauce, spicy mayo, and sesame seeds. You need to basically ask for none of the sauces or mayo and have them use either the teriyaki or soy instead. It was a good and filling bowl and a decent value at $9. It was definitely pretty, and I loved all the colors. Aesthetically, it was very pleasing. The veggies were fresh, and the flavors were great, but in the future, I would probably add my own sauce.🤣 It's one of those things where I'm a little conflicted. The lack of vegan options makes me not exactly want to purchase from this business again, but it could also be an opportunity to suggest they add more vegan proteins, or tofu. #vegan #sushi #poke #abillionlove
