Vegetable Manchurian in sauce

I absolutely love Indigo's veg manchurian, and order it with a single rice every time we eat there. They're cooked to perfection every time and it's perfect for someone who's not very comfortable with spice yet, thanks to the mild spice level of the dish. Would definitely recommend 10/10, but if you want something a little more spicy, I'd go for the vegetable balls in sauce.
