Vegetable balls with coconut curry

Like the curry which is very fragrant. Broccoli is blan as IKEA's usual. Vegetable balls are somehow gluey and soft I personally don't like the texture. I find Plant balls much nicer.

Actually I really enjoyed the chunky veggie texture of these veggie balls and the coconut fragrance is really strong in the curry. The broccoli is quite tasteless but dipping it in the curry makes it really creamy!

Tastes nothing like the original meatballs. I personally did not enjoy the texture of the meatballs, found it a bit dry. Could taste bits of veggies like corn inside though. The coconut taste in the curry is really strong
