A great classic of Czech food but veganized and it's really tasty!
The savory orange sauce was made of root veggies and so delicious! Really balanced out
the warm, fluffy dumplings, the super-flavorful nutty chunks (not visible) and the sweet cranberry sauce. Simple plate but hit all the right notes and a great quantity of yummy food.
I liked this dish, particularly the sauce, though I wish it had some leafy greens
to go with it! Cool variation on a typically Czech dish
A vegan option of a traditional Czech dish was a pleasant discovery. This meal is
hearty and tasty yet simple. Definitely recommend.
The flavors were very nice, I just think the portion of sauce was too much
for the other components of the dish.
