Veganized Daily Special “hash”

Ask and you shall receive! We went to Gabriel’s, and even though they have several items on their menu that are vegan, I wanted the daily special. But it contained cheese and egg – so I asked if they would make it vegan and they didn’t bat an eye. She said they would make it with avocado and Daiya cheese instead. Yay!! Fortunately, they are doing really well and so there was a line and to get in so we were starving. So oops!! I forgot to take a picture until halfway through… Sorry! Don’t hesitate to ask for vegan at Gabriel’s!! Our server is vegan! And sweet!
