Seasonal burger for Christmas! The TruffleBello consists of herbed portobello patty, vegan truffle aioli sauce,

sun dried tomatoes, arugula, purple cabbage and mayo.

This burger was delicious and filling! The portobello was fried. Wished the truffle taste could be a bit stronger. Fresh vegetables and the dressing was good!

crispy mushroom combo creates an explosion of flavours in your mouth.


This burger is their Christmas special. It features a crispy herbed #Portobello #mushroom patty, truffle

#aioli sauce, artisanal #sundriedtomatoes, #arugula, shredded purple #cabbage and #creamy egg-free #mayo, all stacked between locally sourced 🇸🇬 warm toasted wholemeal buns. The patty was a little tough in the middle; I had difficulty prying it apart with my teeth 🙃. It smells incredible with its truffle scent. The creamy truffle aioli and eggless mayo was the star of this burger.

The meal comes with seasonal sides of #sweetpotatofries with #maple dip and spices berry punch. IMO, the maple dip isn’t my favourite; I’d prefer to pair that with cookies and dip the sweet potato fries in something savoury instead. And the berry punch is too sweet for my liking, and nothing spicy about it.


The patty for this burger is a portobello mushroom cooked in batter. Honestly really good

and quite light as far as burgers come. Made it easier to eat with the fries, drink and ice cream!
The truffle was easily tasted, I figure it’s in the sauce as well. I throughly enjoyed it. Cheese sauce was not something I noticed much but you could see it was there.
Messy to eat but I would recommend it for sure!

Who doesn't like Christmas?? Veganburg launched this burger as a festive special, and the ABV

team was kindly invited down for a taste test. The Trufflebello Burg features a crispy portobello mushroom patty, kale (!!!), sun dried tomatoes, shredded purple cabbage, egg-free mayo, spicy truffle mayo(SO GOOD) all held nicely together by nicely toasted buns.

I would say, as an omnivore, the patty really won me over! The mushroom retained its juiciness, and each chewy bite was complemented by the crunch from the vegetables (so fresh!).

The spicy truffle mayo was supposed to be special, and indeed, the condiment binded all the ingredients together. Vegetables are obviously not as flavourful by themselves, but with the condiments, the burger came together as a whole and really did the job for me.

We got the burger as a set, so we had Sweet Potato Fries with a Creamy Maple Dip, and the seasonal Cinnamon Raspberry Chiller. Overall such value for money! Please do note that this seasonal special lasts only till the end of the year so PLEASE do try it before the year ends!


i really liked the orange dressing (Veganburg's version of thousand island? im not too sure

:p) which i felt went really well w the purple cabbage and patty; the patty was mainly portobello mushrooms - cooked really well so it tasted good as usual :) felt the truffle flavour for this burger cld hv been stronger tho!

but not oily, sundried tomatoes, rocket and purple cabbage. The truffle aioli was nice too however I felt it tasted more like a cashew-cheese sauce instead. Overall a decent burger

Favourite seasonal burger at veganburg because I love mushrooms and the pairing of thr portobello

patty with the sauces is so good! It's a bit more expensive than the regulars but it's worth it!
