Classic Nasi Lemak

I confidently cycled down to Everitt Rd to satisfy my pho craving,only to find tht Bun Hue is closed down. Dang! 
So i cycled around the Joo Chiat area to this place. 
No regrets cycling in the heat cos this Nasi Lemak was really good.

The rice is not as ‘lemak’,in fact it tasted deliciously healthy wth tht strong #[lemongrass](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cf7c) flavour. The #[sambal](hashtag-5dc552e23344b6b8c97212a3) was decent,thick spicy n not too sweet with vegetarian anchovies. Comes wth 2 pieces of fried beancurd skin, long beans,cucumber,nuts n vegetarian anchovies. 
Probably the only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was their rendang. Its not bad tasting,but somehow it had tht strange pungent u get frm mutton so i didnt like it as much. 

But overall a nice #[nasilemak](hashtag-5b61361bc215c949ed60cf35) platter.

We really enjoyed our dinner here last evening. Very fast service. Friendly staff. Awesome presentation and delicious dishes!
Besides those labelled in photos, we also had the Spicy sour soup, Rendang ramen, Traditional beijing fried sauce noodle
People we went with aren't vegan but they were truly impressed as well
