The Mash & Mushrooms Burger at Vegan AF in Jersey City is a winner. True
to its name it comes with mashed potatoes, mushrooms, pickles and patty in a toasted bun. The patty options include Beyond, Impossible, regular house made and spicy house made. I got the spicy house made (made with kidney beans) and it was delicious. Super flavourful. Highly recommended.
It would be great if the restaurant switched to reusable plates, utensils and cups. Everything is disposable which is really sad. We can give animals an extra hand by reducing our footprint on the plane.
