This dish was a bit confusing as I wasn’t sure if the greens on the
side were a salad (if so, quite boring and only served with lime and vinegar!) or meant to go inside the soup? The bowls for each of these were quite small so it was difficult to eat this dish without making a mess. The tomato broth in the soup was nice and there were some tofu cakes which tasted good, but I’ve had better noodle soups elsewhere.
