Vegan Toastie

This was really tasty Think it was the vegan toastie. Mushrooms. vegan cheese. Came with hash brown too. Yummm #veganisnotscary

Pretty good dish. It's more on the sweet side due to the caramelized onions. The saltyness of the vegan cheese didn't really come through in the flavor. What I did like was that it had a large serving of mushroom as the main part of the dish.
