Vegan Stir-fry Rice Noodles w/tofu

Seems like such a simply dish and yet this dish was so tasty. It doesn’t need many ingredients to satisfy. It has a sweet vibe to it but, then the cilantro comes in and says hello. Loved it and look forward to it agin.
