Vegan Shakshuka

This was such a strange presentation. Not expected at all. More soup like with shredded mozzarella. The brinjal was tasty though. Ciabatta? I think not. Overall disappointing. Wearelove#greyton

A delicious variation on traditional Shakshuka. Texture was more like a soup and smoother than I was expecting. The best Aubergines I have ever had 🤩 amazing and very well presented

This was delicious. The tomato sauce so flavourful, thin crispy brinjal and yummy vegan cheese. The side of crispy rye bread was a nice touch.
